You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To maintain the hygiene and potency of our organic products, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Unopened and Untouched: The original safety seal must be intact.
- In Original Packaging: Including all outer boxes and promotional inserts.
- Accompanied by Proof: A digital or physical invoice from your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us via WhatsApp (+92-331-4455103) within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Once approved, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 business days.
- Store Credit: Optionally, you may choose "Voucher or Store Credits," which are issued instantly and never expire.
- Exclusions: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
